Although this packageis the cheapest way to climb Kilimanjaro, experience climbers, a physically fit climber, who trained enough and want to experience a challenging adventure also prefer this package. Those who do not want support from porters to carrytheir gear and wanting more challenges of carrying their own weight.
In this package, there is much less weight for porters to carry, which results to fewer number of porters compared to the other 2 packages.
Make sure that you make regular hikes training in the altitudes or hills, with a backpack weigh between 15-20 kilograms, as you will carry your own gear on Kili. Your porters will be carrying your food, tents and other stuf. On the mountain, you will be served with meals in your sleeping tent

This is the complete package with all the routes to climb Kilimanjaro mountain, Including the Marangu route, which is the only route with accommodation in wooden huts and the same way up and down.
This package is the most popular choice to most of our climbers, offering meals in the tent. The mess- tent contains chairs and table. It offers also sleeping tent and other camping facilities, private mobile toilet to our climbers. In the camping area, there is availability of public toilets, which are in the form of pit latrines. But some of them can be half-full, so we decided to have private portable toilets to our clients.

This package offers a large sleeping tent, which will allow you to stretch out and sit on a camp bed or chair while reading your book. Being in your sleeping bag on a bed, will make you feel comfortable and away from a freezing ground in nights, especially at higher camps. Normally base camps have very cold nights, so this makes most climbers to have difficulty sleep before their Summit’s attempt. This package will help climbers to get away from this challenge and they will have a nice and warm sleep instead before summiting, which is also important for summit’s success.

This depends on the time of your booking. We accept new bookings up to 7 days before the climb/safari.
1: 7 - 30 days before the climb/safari
First payment of 40% is done upon your booking to confirm your trip.
30% of the price will be done upon your arrival in Arusha and the final 30% at the last day of your climb/safari.
2: 31 – 60 days before the climb/safari
The first payment of 30% of the price is done upon your booking.
40% is paid upon your arrival at your hotel in Arusha.
The final payment of 30% will be done at the last day of your trip.
3: 2-3 months and more before the climb/safari
Deposit of 20% of the price is done upon your booking to confirm with your tour.
40% is paid at least a month before your trip.
The rest40% will be paid at the end of your tour.

We are able to receive payments in USD,EURO OR GPR.
Upon your booking, we will send you our payment details. If paying in GPR or EURO, the amount will be converted to USD using the rate on the day the funds are requested, and this rate will be valid for 48 hours.

Usually we accept 30-40% of the total price by cash or credit cards at your arrival, and 30 – 40% at the final day of your trip. We do this as a trust and to guarantee our valid clients that they will receive services as promised and their money will be safe.
