Although this package is the cheapest way to climb Kilimanjaro, experienced climbers or a physically fit climber who trained enough and want to experience a challenging adventure also prefer this package, those who do not want support from porters to carry their gear, and wanting more challenges of carrying their own weight,. Make sure that you make regular hikes training in the altitudes or hills with a backpack weigh between 15 – 20kg. As you will be carrying your own weight on Kili. Your porters will be carrying your food, sleeping tent, cooking gas canisters etc. You will be having your meals in your sleeping tent. Of course there will be fewer crew with you on the mountains compared to other packages.

CLIMB PRICE CHAT FOR MID SERIES PACKAGE.

PRICES ARE IN USD PER PERSON.

This package is the most popular choice to most of our climbers, offering meals in the mess-tent with table and chairs, sleeping tents and other camping facilities. In camping sites there are public toilets for everyone although there will be private mobile toilet for you.

Your larger duffle bag/sack will be carried by the same porter every day and its weight is recommended to be between 10-12 kilograms.

This package offering a large sleeping tent, which will allow you to stretch up yourself and being able to stand up and walk freely in the tent. You will be able to seat on a chair/bed and read your novel. Sleeping in your sleeping bag on a bed will make you feel comfortable and away from the freezing ground in nights, especially at base camps. Normally base camps have very cold nights, so with this package you will have a comfortable and warm sleep before the summits attempt, which is also important in summit success. All these help to maximize your comfort and acclimatization, which is the key to your safety and success.

Payment Condition



This depends on the time of your booking. We accept new bookings up to 15 days before the climb/safari.

  • 1. 15 – 30 DAYS BEFORE THE CLIMB/SAFARI First payment of 40% is done upon your booking and 30% of the price will be done upon your arrival in Arusha and the final 30% at the last day of your climb/safari.

  • 2. 31 - 60 DAYS BEFORE THE CLIMB/SAFARI The first 30% of the cost is done upon your booking, 40% is done upon your arrival date. The final payment of 30% will be done at the last day of your climb/safari.

  • 3. 2 MONTHS AND MORE BEFORE THE CLIMB/SAFARI Deposit of 20% of the price is made upon your booking.40% is paid at least a month before your climb/safari and the rest 40% will be paid at the end of your tour, in Arusha.

HOW TO DO PAYMENTS


  • BY BANK TRANSFER

    • We are able to receive payments in USD,GBP OR EUR. Upon your bookings, we will send you our payment details. If paying in GBP OR EUR. The amount will be will be converted to USD using the rate on the day the funds are requested, and this rate will be valid for 48 hrs.

  • BY CASH

    • Usually we accept 30 – 40% of your total cost in cash at your arrival.
